30pmResponsible for the successful operation of the school cafeteria by encouraging maximum student participation with positive customer service.
Responsible for adhering to local, State, and federal regulations regarding School Food Service and the Child Nutrition Program.
Prepares and handles foods safely, optimizing and maintaining high standards in nutrition, food flavor, appearance, and presentation.
Responsible for meal preparation, serving line setup, receiving, cleaning, and sanitizing of dishes, equipment, and facilities, serving food, assisting with record keeping, and cashiering.
Communicates effectively with food service staff, food service director, school faculty, administration, and students, and attends training as required.
Displays a high level of personal and professional integrity in the performance of duties.
Accomplishes all tasks in a manner that promotes excellent customer service.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
