Insect Control DepartmentWe are looking for an experienced pest control technician to join the Insect Control Department at our rapidly growing residential service company.
The technician will be joining a results-driven organization and will be a contributing member of the team working in conjunction with the department manager.
After successful onboarding and participating in our paid training program, the candidate will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers and ensuring all their needs are met.
The candidate will help our customers and the surrounding community remediate unwanted and invasive pest concerns.

Main Job Tasks and ResponsibilitiesVisually inspect and treat for mosquitoes, ticks, and fleasHandling and safely mixing pesticides per state and federal regulationsThe ability to walk customer's property while carrying equipment weight up to 40lbsKeep company vehicles clean and well-organizedWillingness and ability to work flexible hoursExplain service procedures to customersKey CompetenciesLearn and adhere to all company procedures and ensure customer satisfaction standardsLegal and responsible chemical handlingMust be self-motivated and maintain a strong work ethicCustomer service drivenStrong verbal communication and decision-making skillsAbility to work independentlyDetailed orientedAbility to quickly learn core business functionsAbility to work alone and without direct supervisionQualificationsPest control experience is preferredLicensed Applicator's MandatoryPosition requirements:
