Responsibilities:
Provide safety leadership and be a safety culture role model for 24/7 operating unit personnel Ensure safety procedure adherence establishing a proactive safety culture within the production unit Prepare and facilitate plant-wide safety meeting Compliance with operating permits, rules and regulations Provides training and daily guidance, maintain operating procedures, and update training materials, and ensure personnel training requirement/documentation are current Responsible for labor productivity and efficiency, employee retention, adherence to labor contract, and employee relations Responsible for inventory management and customer satisfaction Focuses on continuous improvement and process enhancements Analyzes and resolves work problems or assists workers in solving problems Work with Maintenance and Project Engineering to maintain and improve equipment and unit Issue Process Change Forms to ensure documentation of all changes in the area and follow up to ensure closure of these documents upon completion of the change Requirements:
degree in Engineering or Business strongly preferred.
Experience in Chemical Plant Manufacturing Actual experience in the operating units Supervisor experience Effective leadership skills and the ability to work productively in a cross functional team environment.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
