Overseeing Environmental activities to ensure legal compliance to local regulations Performing job exposure analysis to ensure safe work environments according to HSE standards and local legal requirements Monitoring the effective implementation of appropriate Environmental procedures for both State and Federal standards Working with Safety Manager to develop, implement, and oversee safety and health programs Giving support in implementing the site health and safety management programsThis job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Have a degree in Environmental Engineering (or equivalent) and at least 5 years of experience in the environmental manager role in manufacturing companies Have excellent interpersonal and written communication skills Have problem solving/analysis skills Have demonstrated ability to provide solutions to safety and health Have strong knowledge of Federal and State environmental, safety, health, and transportation regulations and reporting Have experience in training and directing employees at all levels relative to internal and external Environmental requirements Have proficiency in Microsoft office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint Have maintenance of TURA Planner certification, the Toxic Use Reduction Plan for the Massachusetts site Have excellent organizational skills Have experience in project management Have experience with wastewater operations is preferred; possession of a Grade 2 Massachusetts Wastewater license is a strong plusWhat happens nextOnce you apply, youll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
